I have searched that name in our files, and I have not found a customer by that nameThe order may have been placed under a different name, and I would have to have that to look up the order [redacted]

From the information that I have here at my office, the only complaint that we had received was related to the optional windows on the building, and the setup of the buildingWhen the driver delivered the building, the customer was present, and was satisfied with the delivery, signing the Customer Satisfaction Sheet that I have attachedIt was not till some contractor was needing the building to be set up higher, so he could do additional work under the building, that she called asking us to have it set higher, which we offered to do for an additional charge, since that is not included in our free deliveryI am also attaching the work order that shows this building was an inventory building that had additional options added to it, from what our standard building comes withThe customer was complaining about getting charged extra for these options, but that is because they do not come standard with this building style, and she selected this one off the lot with the options already added to itAs far as the repair, we were unaware of that, and can definitely send a repair order for any needed repairs, if we get more detailed information
