The below complaint was resolved on 8/7/The customer’s warranty has been active since the completion of the installation on 1/23/and will remain valid thru 1/23/One of the thought to be broken windows was actually a black smear on the glass which gave it an appearance of broken glass and was easily wiped away by our installerThe other broken window was due to an installation error to the frame and has since been completely replaced with new productI personally met with the homeowner and have had multiple phone conversations with himThese issues were resolved prior my receiving this Revdex.com complaintHowever, we are glad to report that this customer has been met with and all issues have been resolved %100.Thank you, [redacted] Division Manager, Austin
