invoices. With non payment on his account around December 2014, Star Tex went to pick up the rental tank. It is stated in the lease agreement that Mr [redacted] signed and acknowledged that Star Tex is able to enter his property, if his bill becomesdelinquent and pick up the propane rental tank. We went to pick the rental tank up on Dec 17th, 2014 and at that point Mr [redacted]s wife paid for the rental tank and they wanted to keep it. So we left the tank. As far as the desired settlement Star Tex feels like we picked the tank up in a timely manner, credited off some of his late fees and sent him a refund check in the amount of $132.70. This should also be noted that after we left the tank the first time Mr [redacted] came to Star Tex Propane and in a demanding and threating manner, that the owner Ms [redacted] felt like she needed to call 911. But Mr [redacted] left before the police arrived.
