Tell us why here...Reply to complaint submitted on 2/26/ID # [redacted] Mr [redacted] had received numerous invoices from Star Tex Propane Tank rent was billed on 4/14/ After days non payment on account Star Tex charges $late fees that is stated on Star Tex invoicesWith non payment on his account around December 2014, Star Tex went to pick up the rental tank It is stated in the lease agreement that Mr [redacted] signed and acknowledged that Star Tex is able to enter his property, if his bill becomesdelinquent and pick up the propane rental tank We went to pick the rental tank up on Dec 17th, and at that point Mr [redacted] s wife paid for the rental tank and they wanted to keep it So we left the tank As far as the desired settlement Star Tex feels like we picked the tank up in a timely manner, credited off some of his late fees and sent him a refund check in the amount of $ This should also be noted that after we left the tank the first time Mr [redacted] came to Star Tex Propane and in a demanding and threating manner, that the owner Ms [redacted] felt like she needed to call But Mr [redacted] left before the police arrived
