Luke was amazing!!!!!! We were on our way back to Chicago from a road trip and got stuck on a Saturday night in Elkhart IN,with brake issues. Nothing was open and knowing Sunday we would never find anyone I googled and found The Brake Team. We called Luke told him what happen he took all the information down and immediately looked up pricing on our parts and called us back. He came out Sunday morning yes on a Sunday morning worked on the jeep in the parking lot of the hotel and had us up and running again with in an hour. Brakes work awesome! I wish he lived closer I would recommend him to all our friends. If you ever you need brake service I would recommend him before going to any brake shop !! Great Price too.

BAD SERVICE! Their warranty isn't worth anything. I had purchased 4 brand new tires there at the request of another business I trusted and I got tires without asking any questions and had an emergency on one tire that's not even at 3,000 miles yet and to keep the 50,000 mile warranty from voiding you have to appear there with the car every 5,000 miles, let them rotate the tires, 10 times in that period. I had an emergency last week and could not get help. They couldn't get me in. I suddenly realized amid that business sending me there and a neighbor who owns a business near them does get that respect, I didn't. The whole day was spent trying to get help for that tire *** I should have thought it out, paid a little more at a reputable service with an additional cost to repair a tire when needed at no cost to me. I now see this is and would be a constant fight with this company if you needed anything like a tire replaced due to an issue of any kind. That tells me that is a warranty racket going on.
