Agricultural Fuels Corp is not a customer or client of ours, instead we had a mutual agreed upon business arrangement to provide labor and equipment. And Agricultural Fuels Corp. declined to pay us for the services rendered so we deducted it from dirt sales. And *** is not a happy that she did not get the opportunity to take advantage of our services. Also they are using the state agricultural laws as a loophole to perform mining activities that is impacting state wet lands and the environment in a negative manor. They are not a bonafide farm operation.

Customer Response • Aug 11, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
*** RESPONDED:
Star Trucking's response is complete fabrication. Agricultural Fuels Corp. has a provisional patent that has been submitted to the U.S. Patent Office (USPTO) for the creation of an Agricultural Production System. This patent involves the removal of inorganic soils and replacement with organic materials to mitigate climate change and sequester nitrates on farms. Star Trucking was retained to assist with this process. In doing so, Star Trucking was a subcontractor and customer of Agricultural Fuels. This operation was and is in no way, shape, or form, a mining process, as defined by Florida law. Star Trucking was using and selling the inorganic soils removed from the site under this operation at a discount rate of $1.50 per cubic yard. The normal rate was $3 per cubic yard. This discount was intended to cover equipment costs for performing the necessary operations of creating the agricultural system and more than did so. Star Trucking "double dipped" by deducting these costs a second time in their invoice. We have been told this type of unscrupulous and untruthful dealing is typical of Star Trucking, and that we were lucky to have only been taken advantage of in the amount we were. We have been told that the principal of Star Trucking, Jagdesh "Kenny" M, also improperly absconded with over $500K from his own brother.

I believe you have proven our Point about your deceptive nature on how you conduct business, You have proven our point for everyone to clearly see that your purpose for filing this false Revdex.com complaint was for vindictive purposes instead of trying to settle this professionally. Agricultural Fuels Corp should pay us for our Labor and Equipment. We have proof for payment to you for any business dealings we had with your company. Can you say the same for yourself and your company? Where is the proof of your payment for our Labor and Equipment....We did not benefit from the equipment and fuel and labor we provided to you which Agricultural Fuels Corp. used to make money with by using it for their ILLEGAL DUMPING OF WASTE and MINING activities and destruction of the the environment. Which we are finding out now is clearly illegal what you are doing. Furthermore since when does the USPTO give patents for digging a hole in the ground and removing good dirt and replace it with trees and trash and illegal dumping of waste materials that you charge for and made money on while destroying the environment. What's the patient number from the (USPTO) for that? You forget we have videos of your operation which we can gladly share to prove our case of your deceitful practices. *** I believe you have proven your point that we are not a customer by filing this false Revdex.com complaint. Instead Agricultural Fuels Corp. came to Star Trucking and its principal asking for help to clean up your mess before the local county officials, Environmental Protection Agency and Department Of Environmental Protection Agency can find out what your doing is illegal. Your Offer to us was help your company clean up the mess it made in the front of the property and you will discount the costs of our labor and equipment by your share of the proceeds of any dirt sale....SO the question remains why would you want to do business with someone or a company if you were told I quote: (unscrupulous and untruthful dealing).? Also where is proof of your accusations about the principal of our company I quote: (improperly absconded with over $500K from his own brother). Your only reason for you to accuse someone personally is if you're being vindictive.
