appointment for October 14, for the Ennis locationThis patient would be new to our practice and has never been seen by Dr*** ***, M.DAfter the consultation, patient was advised that he would require circumcision or at least frenulectomyThe patient elected to have the procedure done in the officePlease see full Consultation and recommendationPer my staff that was in the Ennis office that day; patient was rude to them about wait timeThe patient then came into our Corsicana location to have his in office procedure on October 19, The patient did have a wait due to the fact we had another procedure run overMost of the patient's wait time was in the lobby not the procedure room as he indicated in his complaintPatient was informed that he was going to have a longer wait timeThen after patient was brought back to procedure room, he was advised to undress from the waist down and have a seatHe was told that the doctor would be with him shortlyDr*** did go in the room and advised patient that he would be with him shortlyPatient then came out of procedure room fully dressed and walked out of the officePatient did not say anything to the staff, just walked outPatient was then called by a staff member to talk to himPatient stated that he had already waited hour and a half, he did not want to reschedulePatient was not bill for services on October 19, 2016, even though we had all the instruments and sterile drape/quazes, injectable medication etcall set up to goPatient walked outPatient was only billed for his office visit on October 14, In reference to the patient claim for an extra/unnecessary charge and unethical practice; our office did not bill patient for services that where not providedIt is our goal as a Health Care Facility/ Provider to give the most upstanding care possible to our patientsPatient did have a longer wait time than and my office tried to accommodate the patient as best as they couldPatient did choose to walk out of the office and not have his procedure doneIf you have any question in the matter, please give me a call at *** ***
