Received a call from them today and asking for personal informationWhen I inquired who they were and checked them I could see they are a debt collector*** Asking me personal information over the phone without providing any details on who or why they were calling me is not the way to do business *** I would never give personal details to a stranger on a phoneAgain, I have no debts so unsure why they were calling me
They are harassing me 4 times a day including late into the evening. I have referred them to my Credit Agency and they refuse to deal with them, [redacted]
This business does not know how to approach or treat people that have suffered a set back in life and have varying degrees of depression and anxiety and no one needs someone being heavy handed with them, demanding, bullying, phoning every day sometimes even hanging up after you answer the phone. They call. Every day. Several times. I have told them before I do not owe any debts and they insist I do. I ask them for proof and they hang up on me just to have someone else call me the next day and have it start all over again.[redacted] I had to change my phone number today because I am so sick of them calling me everyday. It is not fair that I had to pay my phone company for a new number and now have to tell everyone I know to change my number. I have had this number for years. [redacted]
PRA started calling me a month ago,telling that I have a debt which is more thah 15 years old and they purchased this debt years ago,very good reason to call every day,I do not know about this so called debt,[redacted]
They will not provide information, I called the compNy I supposedly owe and they find no account across four provinces! PRA wants two pieces of I'd and my SIN!!
