I am rejecting this response because: the business simply disregarded the complaint, didn't attempt to investigate the case further and to make appropriate responseDuring the entire claim process with the business, their communication has been inconsistent and unhelpful

After a review of your file and its entirety, I find that your claim has been settled appropriately based on the documentation that surrounds your relocation The highlighted box on the "household Goods Descriptive Inventory" above the
signature line on each pages of the Inventory clearly states, "NOTICE BEFORE SIGNING CHECK SHIPMENT, COUNT ITEMS AND DESCRIBE LOSS OR DAMAGE IN SPACE ON THE RIGHT ABOVE." Our records show that you signed each inventory pages without any documentation for any damage or missing itemsIn the absence of documented evidence, we cannot establish the damage and or loss claimed National's liability
Also, your shipment was delivered to a self-storage unit; National's care and custody ceases at the time of delivery Because we cannot control the environment or the handling that followed and without notation of damage at the time of delivery, again, National Van Lines cannot accept liability for the claimed items

I saw the drivers load the red toll box on the truck when it was first loadedWhen it was delivered to the self storage I witnessed them unload the van in KYThe red tool box and tools were missing when asked the driver about it his reply, was they were stuffed in a hole some wereThey either left it at another stop or they stole it when seen it was expensive tools worth I want my tools back or the cost refunded to me or see my attorneyRipped off by NVL

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and although I do NOT agree with NVL terms, (as we were assured by the estimator that our items were 100% insured at $deductible in the event of loss or damage whether we packed ourselves or not)? I feel this IS and WAS advertisement.? However, we will accept NVL's goodwill offer of $to cover half the replacement cost of our month old TV? The customer's position is understood, however as mentioned in the initial dispute response, it is driver discretion It is the driver's judgment that determines if a shipment can be delivered safely National Van Lines only hires qualified professional experienced drivers In all due respect, it is not likely a professional apartment manager, the customer (if they are not driver) or administrative employee (such as myself) has the expertise to make such a judgment call All wheel trucks do not have the same dimensions, they vary in length and height (highest to lowest) It is a very general statement to say wheel trucks are seen entering the complex without a problem
For the reasons mentioned above the shuttle service was necessary and the charges cannot be reversed

Dear [redacted],This is to inform you that after our conversation a Royal Windows and Doors technician visited one more time [redacted] on June [redacted], 2017.All problems have been resolved and [redacted] signed the completion form which I am attaching  along with the photos.Thank you [redacted]

To whom it may concern,
The customer brought in his computer to be tested due to it not working. He paid the [redacted] deposit that is required for the unit to be tested. The customer had several viruses and Trojans that were corrupting his...

computer. The unit was repaired and all viruses were removed and he was charged [redacted] for this service.
He then brought the computer back stating that it was not working with his dial up internet. The system was tested and nothing was found to be wrong with it and he was not charged a fee. The computer system worked fine in our shop but the customer stated that he could not get it to work at his home. At that time the customer stated that the unit was still not working when he got it to his home. We replaced the power supply to his system at his request due to it going bad after the customer took it back to his home. We did not charge any labor to replace the power supply, only for the part.
We informed the customer that we would gladly make a service call to his home to check to see if the problem was on his end or ours. He was advised that there would be a [redacted] service call if the error was on his end but if the error was ours he would not be charged any service call. We offered a service call many times but he refused each time. We advised over the phone how he should connect to the dial up internet.
the customer was only charged for the repairs and part that we installed. As for his trips to our shop, again, we offered to make a service call to assist him with the problem he was having. He did not seem to understand how to work his system correctly.
We tried everything that we could to assist the customer. He then took the system to another repair shop which automatically voids our warranty on any service or repairs that we may have completed.
