In reviewing our current system, we have no record of a [redacted] in our database; therefore, we are unable to verify that any mail is being sent to Mr***'s address He has failed to provide proof of the documents that he claims to be receiving from our company We have also contacted our collection company and they have no record of a Jean Barrera in their collection database for our account If Mr [redacted] would provide us with the documents, we may be better able to assist with his concerns We suggest that he notate "return to sender" and give it to his local USPS representative

On 10/3/the resident of reported a rodent in the kitchen areaManagement sent pest control to inspect on the same dayPest control set traps inside and thought they may have been in the walls so bait boxes were installed outside around the buildingOn 11/10/the resident notified
management that one of the traps had caught a rodentMaintenance removed the rodent and sealed off any areas that looked like a possible entry pointOn 12/30/the resident called management and reported that they could hear a rodent in the stove under the burnersMaintenance was immediately sent to the apartment to attempt to remove it but the rodent was no longer there, so glue traps were placed in the apartmentOn 1/12/17, the rodent was caught and removed from the apartment, and all possible entry points were checked and sealedA new stove has been ordered and is scheduled for installation by end of business of 1/13/to eliminate the possibility of a rodent smell when cooking

Are you saying someone is sending mail using your name and address and letterhead without your knowledge? What is your email, so I can open the envelope next time and scan the document to you and retain a copy myself?
