Review: On 03/21/2013 at 5:49 pm I called in a order for a carry out dinner, I was told it would be 10 mins for pick up. My wife arrived at 5:52 pm and paid for the order and our order was still not ready, no big deal since it was only a few mins, however she did not get our order until 6:36pm. We she arrived at home only 3 miles from the place of order the food was not only cold but very dry. Talking to the owner went no where. The service [redacted] across the board as well as the customer service. I will never buy food there again nor will I recommend them to anyone, the worst 16.85 I ever wasted. [redacted]Desired Settlement: My bill was 16.85, plus it wasted a half hour of my wife's time.

Dear Revdex.com,

We have tried hard to contact the customer who sent the

statement of the problem, but we couldn't get in touch with them due

to the incorrect contact information we could find.

On 03/21/2013, it was the first time we had too many orders in a

short time, so we did try our best to complete every order. We make

our food and then take to our customers immediately, so it would be

very little possible that the customers get cold food from us

especially on a busy day. And we do believe that the complain of our

service came the misunderstanding from the common language barrier

between different language usage. And we are sorry about the

inconvenience for the customers.

Due to the language barrier, we always encourage our customers

send us their comments or feedback through our website

[redacted], and we always check

the feedback regularly. However, we do appreciated the statement of

the problem and wish all our customers the best.
