I bought a ring on board Freedom Of the Seas Royal Caribbean from Starboard Cruise LinesI needed a size they didn't have so I was told to buy the ring and mail it in for a ring the size I neededI took the replacement ring to a local jewelry store and the gemologist agreed the stone was not of the same quality as the one I mailed inI contacted Starboard Cruise Lines and was told basically, too bad for youThey will not give me a ring with the quality stone I originally purchased and would not return my purchase price
My experience with starboard cruise was horrible. I purchase an item from their store on one of the cruise line ships and contacted customer service after the ship to find out how to exchange an item and customer service was very rude and not polite. After experience such unprofessionalism I decided to just keep the item. I will never purchase again from starboard cruise.
When I purchased an item from the starboard cruise line the employee's was unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldnt be returning to purchase anything from this company ever again.
