I ORDERED A MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM AND IT TOOK MORE THAN TWO MONTH UNTIL A NEIGHBOR REMEMBERED TAKING IN A PACKAGE FOR ME WHEN I WAS NOT AT HOMETHEY WERE NOT ASKED FOR A SIGNATURE OR ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE PACKAGE ARRIVED.I TRIED TO RETURN IT TO THE COMPANY AND IT WAS SENT BACK TO ME AS: COMPANY UNKNOWN.THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING A MONTHLY FEE SINCE FEBRUARY ON MY CREDIT CARD.WHENEVER I CALL THEM I AM PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND HOURSNO ONE COMES TO ANSWER.THEY ARE RUNNING AN ILLEGAL SCAM AND I WOULD LIKE YOU TO SHUT THEM DOWN.THANK YOU.Product_Or_Service: MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM
