I have reviewed this clients account in regards to faulty equipment complaint.? After reviewing the account the client has only made an additional payment of $four (4) times within the last year.? In addition LifeSafer has also serviced the client an additional six (6) times at no
charge due to clients health issues with COPD.? ? The equipment is being called back for early service due to violations of the state regulations on the ignition interlock of not properly using the IID and continuing to drive.? Thank you,? *** ***
