complaintThey brought their motorhome in on consignment for days, it was here for days, at which upon its sale I would receive a commissionNo storage fees, just straight commissionDuring this days one of my temporary employees used their motorhome to visit a friend in another city, and left the motorhome damaged and dirtyI was mortified as were the ***'s, when they brought some friends to view the vehicle to purchase itTo compensate them for what had happened, I went over and above my obligations to themHere is a list of the damages and what I did to compensateI tried pulling up the file on your web site with no success, so I don't know what her letter to you said
Their bumper was almost years old it was already damaged and heavily oxidized I repaired and painted the entire bumperTwo vents on the roof (lids were broke) one was the original the other, they told it had been replaced yrs priorI put two brand new compete vents onThe motorhome was clean, but, I had the carpets and the upolstery shampooed by professional cleanersI took the bedding and washed themWhen my guys were replacing the vents, they advised me that their rubber roof was in such bad shape that the wood was showing through in 50-placesI advised the *** of this severe problem and they asked how much would it cost to fix itI knocked off off my price to help them outThey agreed and we installed a new rubber roofWhile this was being done, the ***'s called me and wanted me to void our contract of the commissionI again was generous and said that I would only charge them 50% and make it They agreed, but when they came to pick up the motorhome they demanded that I not charge themI told them, I spent over hard costs, to make your motorhome much better than when it came in and discounted the roofing installation by and discounted my commission 250.00, so I have fulfilled my responsibility, so you must fulfill yours and pay the She said, ok! but, I am going to file against you with Revdex.comI said, that it is your option, you are not going to hurt my businessI don't advertise, my business is predicated by word of mouth and I am weeks out on accepting more jobsIf you have any questions you can call me any time, my cell is XXX-XXX-XXXX As for the ***'s I have done what I can for them and sorry they want to still brew about this, in my opinion, they should be as well as the party that bought the motorhome grateful for what I did for them, I made their motorhome home years younger and fixed the problems

First of all we resent being called an unsatisfiable nut case because we had the audacity to complainWe didn't make any character assignations in our complaint
The "facts" as Stardeck stated are incorrectWhen we returned to "show" the coach was only daysHe also states that we agreed to a $commission we did NOTMy husband told him he would run that by meHe also states that it was a temporary employee that stole the coach - he told us that the employee lived on the propertyHow do we know it was an employee except he said soHe also said that he made the coach years younger and fixed the problems - no way
When we found that the coach had been used and driven miles that isn't a ride around the block that takes several days to go that far in an RV
At first *** said that the vents had blown off and the mileage wasn't change as he only wrote what I had said the mileage was (wrong)
Only afte we showed him all of the damages including the bumper, scraps on the roof, broken running light did he accept responsibility
Stardeck agreed to repair the coach and he did install new vents, repaired the bumper (see below regarding the "repaired" bumper, and cleaned the upholstery
On 7/we returned to find that the coach wasn't even done - *** was running around with a dirty towel and spray bottle trying to clean.We found the following:
The carpet was still dirty - (grease is difficult to remove,)
the toilet still had not been clean
the counters dirty
the bedspread still had spots
the blinds still had black spots
and then in installing the new roof the air conditioner cover was damage with a large hole*** refused to replace it stating that it was old - It might have been old, but there were no holes
we also found that the TV antenna had been broken off the bumper and not repairedWe have also since been notified that the "repaired" bumper was NOT properly installed and has broken away
We came to Stardeck because we had used the dealership he purchased - - that was a BIG MISTAKE
We feel that even though *** agreed to rectify the damages he did notI also might mention that we had over 1/tank of gasoline when we left it in his care - on 7/it had 1/
We are not trying to ruin his business we just want others to know what they are getting into
