Recently, I needed to shop for two cremains urns I checked Web sites and after checking several, I chose Starburst Memorials because of their excellent selection of urns, not only for humans, but for my pets as well I don't ordinarily write testimonials, but I wanted to write this one because of the excellent service this company provided me with in my time of need Both urns arrived in less than one week after my order was placed However, one of the urns had a sharp point on the inside of the vase and I requested to return it I intended to reorder and pay for a new one My fear was that the cremains bag might get torn from the rough place inside the urn This company immediately emailed me a return FedX label and, as promised, would send me another urn at no cost to me within one week after they received the original defective urn I really appreciated their kindness They would not accept payment for the new urn They were great to deal with, very considerate, helpful, and very professional, and I would highly recommend them Once again, the replacement urn arrived in less than a week after they received the defective urn Exceptional company in my estimation

I ordered an urn for my husbands ashes and it arrived in a couple of days I was very pleased with the quality and the engraving was really lovely I would not hesitate to order from them again

Just recieved a Double Urn today for My Husbands Parents which we purchased from Stardust MemorialsLet me say how pleased we are with their product, it is Absolutely Beautiful! The expense that is incured @ the funeral homes is crazy, and it's nice to know that there is a company out there that sell Beautiful products @ very reasonable prices! We also recieved The Urn in days, Amazing! Kudos to Stardust for their Products, I would Highly recommend them!

I purchased urns, brass inserts, name plates, and velvet bags from Stardust late on a Monday night with standard ground shipping to *** All items arrived before 3:pm on Thursday afternoon The items were carefully packaged and were absolutely gorgeous!! I could not be more pleased with my purchases or this company The velvet bags I ordered were just a bit too small (would not draw closed all the way) I called the company to see if I could return them and purchase the larger bags They offered to send out the larger bags today at no additional charge It is a breath of fresh air to do business with a company who provides true customer service! Due to the sudden passing of my daughter on January 2, 2016, her wishes were to be cremated. We found Stardust Memorials and ordered the Rich Pink Urn with our engravings and when it arrived, it was breathtaking. Since she will be going to her husband and sons, I had to have something of her to keep with me, so I ordered the Rich Pink Heart and gold stand. Its just the right size for me to keep on my dresser and I can see her all day long and feel very comfortable. The heart urn could not be engraved because of its shape, but that was fine. Since then, a number of people, family and friends have decided to order their own personal keepsakes and everyone will have a little bit of a much loved person.
