The owner of Panache claims antennas are not removed however his staff at the Middletown location did confirm antennas are removed and given to the customers immediately after removalThe day I had my car washed the car did indeed come in with an antenna and myself as well as my mother witnessed the associate remove the antenna from my car and not give it backI spoke to the owner *** *** on September *** at 5:36pm and again at 5:47pm where he stated he had pictures but I have not yet received themI provided my email address and contact details and to this date (9/**) have not heard back from himIf he can provide a still shot with the correct date with my car ENTERING the car wash with no antenna then I can accept this and move onOn Thursday, 9/** I had to purchase a new antenna for $at the Mini of F airfield County DealerI am currently located in Stamford CT and the car wash I used the day in question is in Middletown NY (more than miles away) so a trip there to view a camera is not one easily made without taking unpaid time off of work since *** *** is only available Mon-FriI believe the antenna that was removed by the Panache staff at the Middletown NY location should be paid back to meI have a receipt for purchase of both the car wash and the new antennaTo top it off the owner *** *** *** did not even know the date in question when he and I spoke on 9/**.

To who it may concern, I was notified about the issue with *** *** how she thought we removed the antenna and never gave it backAt panache we do not remove antennasOur machines are safe and does not require us tooafter carefully checking our cameras it was clear that *** *** did not
even come in with one! I personally went to call her but she did not leave her contact information, so I had one of my employees take still shots off of the camera server to hold on to in case a situation came uptwo weeks later she finally called me and we had a conversation about how we don't remove them and I have the camera footage to prove she never even came in with oneAfter the conversation I asked her to meet me at the location to review the camera in front of her, but do to the location and scheduling she couldn't at the timeI then proceeded to take her email and sent her still shots that we had of her entering our facility with NO antenna! We are more then willing to prove to her that there was no antenna on her vehicle

I was promised a still shot photo of my car ENTERING the car wash on September [redacted]. I received no emails from the owner. I received a phone call today from Anthony (the owner) and he proceeded to TEXT me a picture of a car that is already inside the car wash. This is not a car entering the car wash proving that it had no antenna upon arrival. This is AFTER his associate already removed my antenna and taped my windshield wiper. I will settle when the owner pays for the stolen antenna. I was told by his associate on August [redacted] via telephone that antennas are indeed removed and now a month later the owner is changing the story and stating they do not remove them. Which is it?

hello we spoke earlier. [redacted] claims that we removed her antenna and we do not touch them. we also have a sign saying not responsible for them. we checked the camera and she 100% did not come in with one. due to time and schedule we lost the video as it happened in late august and since then has been over written, however we managed to keep a still shot for this reason. since then I have been in contact numerous time and sent emails where she is stating I have not. to make a long story short we spoke via text and phone calls today and now she is stating that is not her car and we cant prove that its her car entering with no antenna, yet the date and time and description of the car she gave of of her receipt is at bottom left of the photo. attached is an image of her car at the given time and date she told me. Please get back to me when you can.  thank you
