My complaint against the stardust motel has been resolved, apparently the owner pays out of pocket for the internet and it is not a part of the room chargePlease close the complaint

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered]First of all my pets are both pounds or under secondly the room was not messy at allAnd further more my card was not declined because I have proof and can go back and log into my account and show you guys a screen shot where my card was billed for then and no it was never refunded at all so and also I went and paid them dollars in cash hours later I will get my money back if the Revdex.com can't or won't get it for me then I will take this to a even higher place or the police station I'm telling you guys these people are conning and they did over charge me I have a witness and they liers and I'm not saying they didn't catch me cause they did but I did pay and they charged me double I want my money back or I'll go higher with authority, why would I lie they are money hungry and tight wads and try to sciem people out of money all the time I havekids and I put that on their lives that super did this to me OK ? hello we spoke earlier [redacted] claims that we removed her antenna and we do not touch themwe also have a sign saying not responsible for themwe checked the camera and she 100% did not come in with onedue to time and schedule we lost the video as it happened in late august and since then has been over written, however we managed to keep a still shot for this reasonsince then I have been in contact numerous time and sent emails where she is stating I have notto make a long story short we spoke via text and phone calls today and now she is stating that is not her car and we cant prove that its her car entering with no antenna, yet the date and time and description of the car she gave of of her receipt is at bottom left of the photoattached is an image of her car at the given time and date she told mePlease get back to me when you can thank you

Review: Hello, the reason why I'm mailing you a copy is because I have a complaint against Stardust Motel and want something done about my statement. I did not have any money in my account to authorize the transaction. The only problem that Higher one have with me is not having my monthly fee of $5.95 and at one time $11.90 because I didn't have any money to pay my monthly fees. I did stay at the Stardust Motel on 1/27/1-1/28/14 and used my card, the purchase was $115.00 for those two nights. The last time I stayed at the Stardust Motel was on 1/29/14 I paid in cash of %55.00 just before 11 am. I went to the store to get something to eat and when I came back the police was there and walk me to my room, he asked if I would stay inside and not come out. In a matter of minutes SWAT showed up, and within an hour they evacuated everyone out of the building. When it was over they brought the man out in a body bag. I would never stay there again. On Tuesday, March 25th I went to confront them about taking my money out of my account and they denied it. He showed me a receipt paper that they use for their records with my name and signature on it and I told him that's not my signature. The man said that I stayed in room #five then he turned the paper over and showed me a car make and model with a license plate number on it and turned it back over in a hurry. I do not have a car I'm on public transportation. He asked for a copy of my receipt that I showed him, yes I did leave him a copy with my important information black out on the paper. He said that he would call me later but I never received a call from him. I have also filed a complaint with Higher One and now I need some help with this matter. I know if they did this to me then there's other victims out there who's scare to come forward. I'm not sure of who to to talk too so that's why I'm sending my statement to Revdex.com alsoDesired Settlement: I want the unauthorized charges refunded

I have received a letter in the mail regarding a complaint lodged by a customer. Ms. [redacted] states in her complaint that she paid $55.00 in cash for her stay at the Stardust Motel on 1/29/2014, however, Ms. [redacted] only stayed at our hotel on 1/26/2014 until 1/28/2014 (she paid $115.00 with her MasterCard; $110.00 is for the rent and $5.00 for the key deposit which she received back in cash when she returned the key) and she then paid again for another night ($55.00 on her MasterCard) on 1/28/2014 and checked out on 1/29/2014. I have attached the copies of her registration forms and receipts to this e-mail.

The unfortunate incident that Ms. [redacted] mentioned about occurred at the Stardust Motel on 1/28/2014. An elderly man committed suicide in his room, but since the police could not confirm anything until SWAT arrived, the motel management and customers were safely evacuated off the property. The story on the incident can be found here:[redacted]The management did speak to Ms. [redacted] on March 29,2014 regarding this issue, and she was shown the receipts and the registration forms.

Review: Reserved a two bed hotel room through [redacted]. When we arrived at the hotel (around 1:00 am) the office at the Stardust was closed. By a sign on the door we were directed a different hotel to check in. We proceeded to the other hotel, and discovered that the reserved room only had one bed instead of the two that was reserved. It took about 20 minutes for the desk help to find another room for us that had two beds. Then the key to the other room could not be located. Finally a third room was found for us, and a key was given. We drove back to the Stardust, unloaded our luggage and after going to the room discovered that the key they gave us did not work. We then had to get back in the car and drive back to the other hotel. By that point it was almost 2 am. We were extremely tired and frustrated. We returned the key and informed the woman at the desk that we would be driving on to find another hotel that could give us a room with two beds. We did not stay in or even enter a hotel room. We have asked for a refund through [redacted], but the stardust will not approve it. When I called the manager of the Stardust to explain the situation, she would not let me explain, said she had a suitable (one bed) room reserved for us, and we were rude to her help at the other hotel. She gave me the number of a general manager and told me I would be blacklisted from staying at her hotel again. She then hung up on me. I called the general manager (of the other hotel I think) and left a message explaining the situation. I have not yet received a response. The desire is to have a full refund for a room that was not provided and not used. Very frustrated that I have not even been able to explain my side of the situation to the manager. After only introducing who I was and my desire, she was rude and short with me, told me there was no way I was getting a refund and then hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund for a room that was not used.
