The complaint is not valid towards Stargate Electronics, reason being is that customers televison is under warranty through [redacted], we can only do repair with parts from **, part was immediately ordered day unit was brought in , ** COULD NOT SUPPLY THE ORIGINAL PART AND TOLD US AN ALTERNATE...
PART WAS TO BE ORDERED , THAT PART WAS ORDERED IMMEDIATLY AND HAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER AS OF THIS WRITING, WE WERE TOLD IT WAS DUE IN ON MONDAY, 9/** , BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED, CUSTOMER WAS CONTACTED BY ** AND NOTIFIED PART IS NOW DUE IN 9/**. WE CAN ONLY DO A WARRANTY REPAIR WITH PARTS FROM **.IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE PART WE CANNOT DO REPAIR. CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED.
Review: As directed my ** repair services for my TV which is less than a year old to go here for repairs and service. It has been a month and I have yet to receive repair of or replacement of my TV. The process as I was told is to repair unit and if that is not doable, then the unit is replaced with a new tv...well neither has happened and I am still without my tv and no help from ** or Stargate.Desired Settlement: Return my tv to me ....
