We attended a function in December at Stargazers and purchased tickets for a $blues event for tonight Our debit card was hit twice so we were doubly charged After looking at our bank statement my husband called to talk [redacted] about their mistake It took quite some time to get a response and then [redacted] left a message on our voice mail stating we had not been charged twice I tried contacting them twice via the Internet and my husband left another message via a phone call No response We went there tonight for the event, brought the bank statement with us and were treated horribly by *** He stated "when we got our credit card bill" it would show we hadn't been charged twice We used our debit card The statement we printed was from today Two charges The attitude was condescending, he let a line pile up while he argued with us and his position was we were trying to cheat him I've never been treated this badly by anyone in the Springs before We have attended many events at Stargazers, have brought friends with us and this was shocking behavior from a business representative of this community He did finally agree to credit our account, we think he did........time will tell on our bank statement He handed me his cell phone number absolutely demanding we call him when "we get our bill." No bill ***, debit card, period We had paid for tonight, stayed a brief time and left That kind of treatment is not conducive to a good evening listening to music We will never again darken that door, will tell everyone at every music venue we attend what a horrible experience we had with [redacted] at Stargazers and lament the money we spent supporting this business There are so many great places to go for music here We'll stick to the businesses where customers are treated appropriately
