We wish we would not have to cancel the orderUnfortunately we needed to cancel this because we are unable to ship to the given addressSo sorry for this

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company told me my item was coming in last Monday and would be shipped That was over a week ago This Monday they sent me this message:"I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we have been trying to receive these items from [redacted] for the last week and they have been giving us the run aroundWe have finally confirmed these will be coming in todayWe will be upgrading your order to second day air shipping so you can receive it in time for the holidaysAgain we apologize for all the headache"I asked for tracking, they sent me the same message again I told them they gave me the impression the item was shipped I said I don't believe them becausethey have a history about being misleading with their time frames This is their snarky response:NO, not an impression, I told you what is going on, If you NO LONGER want the camera I will send you a pre-paid label to return everything, otherwise, we willnotify you when it ships.Thank youIt's now Wednesday I don't have a tracking number or my item Obviously at this point it's too late to return the items as I do want the item and I have to give it as a gift If they wanted to give me the option of cancelling my item - they should not have partial shipped the printer and created all this extra work on my part I already cut out the UPCs for the rebate They also marked the order as shipped even though it was not I'm not the only customer extremely unhappy with their way of doing business If you look on [redacted] forums - many share the same sentiment and are extremely upset Someone needs to call these guys out Regards, [redacted] ***

We did go ahead and reship the camerayou still haven't received it ?

The order was refunded to the credit card usedThe order was a fraudulent purchase and was cancelled and refunded to the credit card used

We have sent a return label and all the information needed for the return

this has been refunded on 8-17-

today I received the package of the second order.The package was put in front of my door.because nobody at home.so I don't know how to reject the package.I don't think they can solve the problem,so I will ask my friend to receive the package.I choose to buy the luggage.I don't need the refund.That's all.The complain is solved

It was a "form" type email generated on a day in which the company was closed, it finally reached my account on 12/20/@ 7:PM EST, it took as long as it did the first refund, DAYS!!! This company has no scruples, tries to keep monies as long as possible and are rude to you on the phone, especially the Billing DeptThey think they have the right to hold up monies for their own good!!
