After further investigation, it seems that there are many scam warning reports out on this bogus companyThey are currently being investigated as they are obtaining people's social security numbers, not only fraudulently, but criminally (since this is without the knowledge or agreement of the
victims)In my case, I have repeatedly requested a copy of my file they have and they refuse (they simply hang up after being EXTREMELY rude and crude)I have also requested my home phone number, my cell phone number, my mother's phone number (and any others) be removed from their system and to cease further callsThey continue to callMy last conversation with them was today, 1/6/at 12:53pmThe young lady sounded new to the job and was quite nervous"IF" this were a legit company, then they would have to by law inform the debtor of their rights to dispute the debtThey would have to give a "mini-Miranda" disclosureThey would have to tell the debtor: "1) the amount of the debt, 2) the name of the creditor, 3) the fact that unless the consumer disputes the validity of the debt within days, the debt will be considered valid, and 4) that the consumer can ask for verification of the debt." This company does not do any of thoseUpon initial contact they ask if they're speaking to the person they're requesting and when you say yes, then they state your entire social security number and ask if it is yoursWhen you state that it is, then they only say how you obtained a payday loan and threaten that if you don't pay the amount requested then they will sue you and get judgement (for 4-times more than their initial requested amount)Sometimes they threaten to send someone to "serve you"Usually when you begin to ask questions they hang up on youThe last young lady that I spoke with, considering she was very nervous, I was able to obtain more information out of herI told her I needed to know the supposed creditor, in which she stated was Tax Management Group(There is no such payday loan company called Tax Management Group.) I asked the year the supposed loan was taken out and she stated it was 3/22/(Again, completely and fabricated.) From there I asked the creditor's address and phone number to which she stated that they do not have that informationShe only said that it was for $and after interest it was now $At that point, considering she had no other information that she could give me, I explained that this was not a legit companyI told her that they are not just a scam operation, but a criminal organization since they are obtaining consumer's social security numbers, bank account information, etc., fraudulentlyI also requested that all numbers be removed yet again and stated that I will be filing a police report not just for criminal fraud, but also for harassment
This organization is nothing more than scammers, criminals, and predatorsI don't know how they are obtaining consumer's personal info, but this is a criminal offense and they should be prosecuted to the highest degree of the law! Apart from filing my complaint with the Revdex.com, I have also sought assistance per the Attorney General and I am filing a police reportIf need be, I will also obtain an Attorney to prosecute this company for a monetary value including the amount they are threatening to sue me for (the claim of $500-$2500), for harassment, for criminal fraud, and for emotional & mental distressI expect that this organization provide me a copy of my entire file that they have and afterwards delete/destroy all of my personal information from their system/recordsIf this is not followed through with, then I will seek criminal prosecution of this company and all of it's representatives

Stark Recovery is calling and harassing me about a payday loan that I do not owe. I have asked them for documentation and proof that I owe this and they refuse. They are threatening to take me to court. They are now calling my family members phones and my friends CHILDRENS phones about me. I do NOT owe this and have told them to quit calling.
