I am rejecting this response because:The response doesn't make sense at allWhy would I go into a store with the vacuum cleaner and have the technician examine vacuum cleaner to determine that it is not fixableThen why would I call the downtown Portland store location to ask to have a diagnosed over the phone? If it doesn't make sense it's not trueI have a witness who was with me when I took it into the storeI also have a video camera in my vehicle that has a date and time stamp showing when I went into the store with a vacuum cleaner in my handStarks refused to replace the power nozzle that was under warranty less than a year after I bought itIt is very clear they do not honor the warranty. No other no other vacuum cleaner store in Oregon sells the Royal Brand Vacuum Cleaner due to the fact that it breaks and falls apart within a couple of years. From their response it is clear to store does not care about customer service or honoring the warranty. At this point I'm out the $400. I will I will not be back into the store to buy anything from them again We already know what's wrong with the vacuum cleaner as it's been diagnosed by the Sherwood location.. The only resolution I will accept is a full refund.

Stark's is authorized to do Dyson warranty and repair work
Starks' would be happy to check and diagnose any issues you are currently having with your Dyson vacuumStark's will repair or replace any defective parts that are covered by the Dyson warranty at no charge to you
You can bring
your Dyson in to any Stark's location for warranty repair

This customer contacted of our locations and physically went into the first in Sherwood. We explained the vacuum was out of warranty but if he left it we could try to work with the manufacturer. We need the vacuum in order to determine what is wrong and submit for warranty but the
customer decided to take the vacuum with him and "think" about it. He then contacted our Portland location and tried to get a diagnosis over the phone. We explained the same thing and he did not bring the vacuum in. I am confident we can get it covered under warranty given the circumstances but he needs to bring it to one of our locations so we can properly diagnose the issues and submit for warranty. At this point I would offer to provide a replacement and if that model is not available a similar one in brand etc. I will not offer a full refund for a product that has been used for years and will not respond to threats
