Review: My fianc ordered 4 18' pieces of pine to be milled up to match what is existing on his family's cabin. They charged him $390.00. He payed it in cash the day he ordered it. The lady at the front never gave him a receipt. When the lady called him to let him know it was ready to be picked up he asked her if he could get a receipt when he picked up the order, she stated "I guess I can do that." When he went to pick up the order, they milled 5 pieces of cypress wood at 16' and 3 shorter pieces. NOT WHAT HE ORDERED. When he said something to the guy he replied "Well pine is just as expensive." My fianc decided to just make do with what they gave him. He goes out to the front to the lady to get the receipt she so kindly said she would do, and all she did was write $300 paid on a small piece of white paper. He told her, first of all I paid $390 not $300, and second of all you call "this" a receipt? She replied with "well that's all I can give you because you didn't pay sales tax" my fianc told her that he would have paid the sales tax when he ordered it but nothing was said about it so he assumed tax was included in the already ridiculous price of the wood. He said he didn't have anymore money on him to pay the sales tax and he needed a receipt to give to the share holders of the cabin to get reimbursed. She refused and asked if he just wanted his money back, he contemplated it and was going to but he needed the wood for the weekend he couldn't wait for another place to mill it up. GOD AWFUL PLACE, they should be ashamed of themselves running a business like this. We will steer any one and everyone away from using this place.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of the $390
