Hello ***-First off, we are very sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your *** purchase here at Starkey Ford, after being in business for years the last thing we want is an unhappy customer.The tires on the *** happen to be an aggressive tread for improved traction in rain/snow and
therefore are noisy but are definitely safe, under Maine law and with our long standing reputation at risk we would have never sold you an unsafe carThe tires are nearly new and have plenty of tread life left.We have never heard of cupped tires affecting brake rotors, so there must be some confusion from whomever told you that.We would be more than happy to still honor the offer we made you recently of splitting the cost of new tires as a measure of goodwill, as a matter of fact we even will enhance the offer in the interest of keeping you happy, if that will work for you just let us know.You also stated that a manager here would not take your call but you also said he was "rude and dismissive", I do apologize if that did happen and I will get to the bottom of that as well....Thank you, *** ***, GMStarkey Ford

Sorry for the confusionThe service advisor should have been a little more detailed in her explanation of how on older vehicles some parts connected to the actual part with the problem fall apart due to age and rust when we perform the repair.We will cheerfully and immediately refund the amount you
