My dryer would not heat I contacted Samsung because my dryer was still under warranty After a thousand questions, Samsung said they were contacting SW Repair as their authorized repair contact Well, after going to the Revdex.com site, I was very dismayed at all the negative reviews and was prepared to do battle with Samsung to send ANOTHER authorized repair company SW repair arrived within the window they stated on the phone days earlier The problem was not the heating element, nor the thermal fuse, as is usually the case, but some kind of centrifugal switch on the drive motorSW also had that part on hand (just in case, I guess) They made the repair within minutes and fixed the problemThey were courteous and very professional Thank you SW RepairI would recommend you folks in a second! I hope this positive experience will have people re-thinking about using or not using this company based on reviews

Horrible customer serviceI've been working with the Kansas City branch, which I can't even seem to find on the internet *** connected me with Starkey Williams when I needed a repair for my oven/range They don't communicate internally, and have sent someone out on different occasions to try to fix my problem I've had to take half days off work for each occasion, and still no fix Eventually, they closed out my case without even fixing it After waiting several weeks for a follow up, I called and was told they thought they'd fixed the problemNow they want to schedule a 5th appointment to have someone come to look at it, and start all overSo they've completely forgotten what they've done up until this point And they offer no flexibility to put me at the beginning of their hour window for delivery to offer me some convenience They've been unapologetic and painful to work withFinally called *** and asked to be connected with another company

Samsung washerRepair man here on three occasionsNever once observed a load cycleKept ordering parts that as he stated "should cover it"Had to return minutes after the repairwasher shut down completelyCalled to make a complaint and woman answering phone hung up on meWould never recommend

Due to a warranty on our dryer, Starkey Williams was scheduled to repair our dryer by *** The dryer was making a terrible grinding soundThe repairman showed up and was there during the time quotedHe stated something was wrong with the mechanics on the inside of the dryer and he "replaced everything inside" and we "basically have a brand new dryer"Within hrs of his departure, we ran the dryerIt would run for mins and shut off on the "normal" cycle that uses the sensorsWe first tried to call Starkey WIlliams, which didn't answerWe left amessagehrs later, called again and left another messageNo return call The 3rd call we placed, they answered, but we were told they would call back when the parts arrivedWe asked what parts because they hadn't even looked at the dryerThey then said they would call when they had an appointment openThe operation board then began to turn off and on, as if it was shorting outWe called *** again because now our dryer was no functional*** sent a different companyThe new company took the operation board off, as I was standing there, and showed me it had been placed on the dryer with a wire under it and had started to sever the wireHe then opened the dryer to see the sensors were not ever pulled back inmonths without a dryer due to their incompetent repairman

Unorganized and very rude has felons working for them awful company

I have a samsung front loader washer that would not drain while I was washing throw rugs, it was just under 4 yrs old and still under warranty with lowes with a few weeks left of warranty. SW is the company that was sent to do my warranty work. lowes scheduled the repair then SW called and canceled the next day, claiming they would order parts and come with them in hand. Fine. nearly 2 weeks passed, I heard nothing from them, I had to call them back to get put on the schedule, the appt was actually scheduled for the last day of my warranty.
The "certified technician" came, looked it over and said he needed to order more parts, big long list, more parts than what I thought was needed for the problem I was having including a soap dispenser drawer which was not damaged at all and perfectly shiney clean. said it would be 5 or 6 more days to get them then they would call to schedule a time to install them. Friendly guy, said nothing to indicate a problem, off he went.
Several hours later I get a call from SW out of state # claiming that the tech reported to them that there was sand in the pump and black mold everywhere and that she had spoken to lowes and they were labeling it as customer abuse and were not going to honor my warranty. Very rude woman.
After another week or 2 of fighting with lowes warranty dept, they agreed to send out a different company not connected with SW who ended up sucking the now nearly a month old water w a shop vac, replaced the pump, and found the problem wasnt sand or dirt, it was a quarter that had made its way thru and got stuck in an elbow causing a blockage. New tech guy had it fixed in 30 minutes without any extra needed parts. new repair guy said nothing about black mold at all. he did say I had some soap build up and that with front loaders I could use less soap.
SW was a nightmare and the tech was a two faced liar who caused me unnecessary stress over what shouldve been a simple fix.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst I have ever experienced. I called [redacted] on a Thursday to report my dryer was not working and then scheduled this company to come out the following Monday. I received a call from a [redacted] to tell me that [redacted] was ridiculous to schedule an appointment too soon and that they would not be out Monday. She then told me it would be two to three weeks before anyone come to look at my dryer. I expressed concern with this and she basically said for all she cares, to take my business elsewhere. She refused to let me speak to a manager. She told me at the beginging of the call that the calls were recorded. I sincerely hope her boss sees this and listens to the call. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She then went on to call [redacted] and tell them that I refused to give her my serial number so she had to cancel my appointment for Monday. The whole reason she was calling me in the first place WAS ALREADY to cancel my appointment and tell me it would be two to three weeks. I am an office manager and have NEVER seen such HORRIBLE customer service. I will be contacting the manager of this company. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Negative, I have been trying since the 6th of December to get Starky Williams out to fix my Samsung washer under the recall repair and everythime I had an appointment scheduled with tem they would call the day before and give me some lame execuse as tp why they will not be out. Yesterday on 01/04/17 at 4:00 pm I received a phone call from them telling me they are no longer servicing the Indianapoli area and that I would have to call Samsung and find a new reapir company. What a horrible way to handle business. I would never refer Starky Williams to anyone.

Rude Customer Service Rep that answer the phone.

This company assumes they can diagnose appliance problems by phone. Refuse to visit to look at appliance before ordering parts. Set and cancel initial appointment and make customer wait for part to arrive (without stating amt of time customer will need to wait) claiming they are right about what is wrong "99%of the time" and don't need initial visit. Manufacture says that is not how things should be done. My opinion as customer...they are using this as stall tactic to co.e when they feel like it, rather than when scheduled by manufacture or *** Will not allow customers to pay to rush parts or to speak to anyone beyond the person who answers the phone.

[redacted]WARNING[redacted] This company is the most arrogant group of people I have ever tried working with. Considering I have worked in third world countries and received better service. They try using big words and hood wink you with "Our" Triage department has been offline and they are unable to give me updates. I have been waiting for 15 days on a simple part. Today they were caught in three lies and still kept slinging them out. I have complained to the OEM and intend to contact the states Attorney General as well as any other government agency that may help. Never ever believe anything thing they say. If you are referred to them though your OEM refuse to use them!

This business was recommended by [redacted] for TV repair. This authorized service location was honest and quick to diagnose problem. The easy problem with the TV was fixed at no cost. Traveled one hour to get here, but it was worth it. Local TV repair here in my town was going to charge me much more and do something entirely different that would not have fixed the problem.

Company was contracted through [redacted] for service on the extended warranty for my [redacted] Washing Machine. Quite possibly one of the rudest and poorest customer service companies that I have encountered. After initial contact with these people, I read the writing on the wall and requested another company. [redacted] contacted the company on my behalf and the representative from [redacted] was going to file her own complaint since, they were nasty to the [redacted] representative as well. AVOID this company unless you like to be abused!

The only Samsung certified company within my radius and claim that they cannot work on my samasung tv even though I've talked to the technician who has done many in the past
