I ordered several items and let the company know that I'd be moving away in daysInstead of sending the items I ordered, Starkmans held of on the shipping and started to reach out to me via phone and emailBeing that we are in the middle of a big move, we were unable to get back to them for a few daysOnce I reached them, they told me they held off on shipping because "we were afraid that the items wouldn't reach you in time"Their representative then told me that it will take around days for the item to shipWhen I first placed my order, they had days of leeway to work withNow we are days away from our move, and my items will arrive after we leaveI can't have the items forwarded, because we are moving to southern USAI will have to go out of pocket to cover shipping across the USA, because they did not send the items when they were first ordered
My advice to you is to steer clear of this companyTheir representative was unwilling to help find a solution
