sealer issue. We responded to the customer's complain that was originally filed with our company on 6/20/17 within 24 hours on 6/21/2017. This complaint has since been remedied per the customer's request st1ting, "I'd be willing to do it myself if you give me the sealer." The sealer has since been supplied, free of charge, and the customer has resealed their patio, which has remedied their complaint. Again, thank you for notifying us of this complaint as we were able to reach out to the customer to receive feedback to improve our service in the future.
