I hired stark n stark to handle the settlement of my property,and to handle any njdep problems.We made settlement October 2011, [redacted] was my attorney,then I received a letter from NJDEP that I owed money for soil permit[redacted] was suppose to make sure soil permit was in new owners name.I received another invoice from NJDEP.I called [redacted] and asked him to make sure new owner sent soil transfer permit to NJDEP,this was to be part of settlement which I payed $67,dollars to S and S[redacted] then sent me another invoice for $dollars.I called the office was told Lou [redacted] handled any complaints,I wrote him three times,no response.I never questioned any invoices I payed them,this should be part of what I payed for.I also sent Email to **[redacted] no response.Sir as of today over two years later the permit has not been changed Thank you [redacted] ***
