was under the impression everything was took care of we received a letter stating we didn’t respond that is the purpose of this email I spoke with the complaining party and we came to a agreeable way to fix the issue Yes the power was out and the information that the party was given is the same information the electrician was giving my staffI compensated him for this misunderstandingWe also figured out it wasn’t a actual staff member who was causing the commotion of fighting , throwing things and asking for drinks of liquor this person is no longer allowed on the propertyI asked the complaining party to please contact me with any further issues so that We can take care of them reason being if I do not know what is going on I cant fix the issue so it doesn’t happen againWhen he left we were on good terms and there were no more complaints. Review: My family and I have been staying at the starlite motel for over a month. Since we have been here the power has been cut off 3 times, we have lost cable more than 15 times and have had roaches and fleas. The staff here is very rude and has knocked on our door several times asking for shots of alcohol. This same employee has gotten into several fights and arguments with other patrons in the parking lot at 1am yelling and throwing trash barrels. Not once when the power cut out were we given notice that the power would b shut off. We have also lost water pressure so that we could not take showers or even use the toilet. My wife and I have health issues that requires us to have power at all times due to machines we rely on at night. Every time we lose power we r told that it should only last a few minutes but lasts for hours b4 power is restored. This last time power was out for 3.5 hrs. From the hrs of 10pm-1:30am. Several times I was lied to by motel staff about the length of time power would b out. we were woken several times during the night due to power cycling on and off and the staff banging on the walls at 1230am. Once power was finally restored the cable went completley out. At least 2-3 times a week the police are here for one reason or another.Desired Settlement: This motel has a no refund policy but I feel that a full refund is entitled to me due to the conditions my family and I have had to endure and the lack of hospitality we received. With that being said I would like a full refund of the money I paid for the month.
