included but to make it good we will schedule a day for someone to go to your property and wash and seal that extra side of fence for you and no chargeThe front side if was missed we will redo both fronts for you as well thanks

I will accept a full refundI do not want them to perform any work as they were given The opportunity and did not successfully complete the work nor did they use the right product throughout the whole fenceAgain the timeframe is ridiculous that they did not get back with us and it wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that they contacted me back

Okay so we offered to wash the fence for free the section of the fence that was not sealed was not included in the diaphragm so I will not be able to refund your payment since we did pay for materials and the timeYou guys did use a clear coat that's why some sections of the fence could be discolored since there is different types of wood on different sidesAnd the fence was never restored prior to thatWe did a test on the wood and it beats up and is waterproof so are part of the job was done if you want to upgrade to a cedar it will be an additional cost thank you
