March 31, 2017I am In receipt of your inquiry dated March 14, 2017 which has requested additional information regarding the above-referenced Complaint ID.The recent inquiry indicated our previous response had not addressed the insured's complaint that the automobile insurance policy had been charged for two vehicles in error, in addition, the customer stated she had not received the messages mentioned in our prior response.in addition to the attempts of our Insurance Business Manager to contact the Customer mentioned in our prior response, our records indicate a Regional Manager spoke with the customer on March 30, 2017 to address the cancellation and billing concerns related to the automobile insurance policy. A follow-up message was also left for the customer on March 31, 2017.We are currently in the process of amending the policy to ensure the policy reflects the correct effective date of the insured vehicle change and to calculate the revised balance. Should it be determined that a refund is owed to the customer, this will be processed shortly.I hope this letter has properly addressed the issues described in your recent inquiry.Sincerely,Vicki F[redacted] Vice President Direct Sales

because:AAA's response is in regard to a premium adjustment due to an improper rate. The response does not address my complaint that I originally submitted, which was in regards to being improperly charged for TWO vehicles for almost the entire duration of my 6 month coverage. Additionally, the response letter states that someone tried to contact me to discuss the issue on the phone. I never received those calls from AAA. I will contact the regional manager directly.
