less than 40 minutes, but the only way to prove this would be through cell phone pings. Services were interrupted when another woman and her grandchildren came in selling Cathy collectiable dolls: Marylin Monroe and Jackie Kennedy. A few days after I received my "permanent tattooed eyebrows" and had questions, I only contacted Cathy through text message. I took a picture of my brow and told her that just a few days later, the permanent tattoo came off. She did not offer to fix it or reimburse me in any way for providing bad service. It took her hours to days to even response to my messages. Eventually, she dismissed my complaints and just told me it was my fault and that I rubbed/picked them off. She said here was nothing she could do to fix them. I paid all that money, I obviously wanted them to stay and applied the Aquaphor as she directed. I still want my money back, as she didn't give me permanent make-up, which is what she promised in her offer and during application.
