RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted]Dear Ms [redacted]This letter is written in response to the complaint listed above. Below I have outlined the sequence of events and have also supplied supporting documentation. It should be noted that Starlighting Projects offered to refund 50% of the customer's purchase...

price on two separate occasions prior to his filing of this complaint with the Revdex.com. The first offer was ignored by the customer. The second offer was refused by the customer, (please see the attached emails)Transaction:The customer requested the services of Starlighting Projects to create a custom product. Starlighting Projects provided the customer with our standard "DOOM BOX Product Details and Pricing 2016” document describing the services along with terms and conditions for placing an order. The cost for the custom services were agreed to during a phone call and the customer again was informed that a “non-refundable deposit of 50%" was required to place the order. At that time the customer chose to pay for the full amount of the order and provided his credit card number. The cc charge was processed and the order was placed. At that time Starlighting Projects designed the custom piece, purchased the materials and started the fabrication process (see attached P Wiikinsom WIP small). However, due to unexpected work commitments the completion of the project was delayed. The customer contacted Starlighting Projects to inquire about the delay and we tried to work out a revised schedule. Ultimately the customer declined and requested a full refund. Since the terms and conditions were clearly stated at the time of purchase Starlighting projects counter-offered to refund 50%. The customer never responded to the counter-offer (see attached emails). The customer then filed a dispute with his credit card company after Starlighting Project's first offer to refund 50%. In the dispute he requested 100% of the purchase cost. The credit card companies resolved the dispute in Starlighting Projects' favor on October 30, 2017. (see attached credit card dispute resolution notification )After the dispute the customer again contacted Starlighting Projects and demanded a 50% refund. At that time Starlighting Projects again offered to refund 50% of the purchase price but the customer declined (See attached emails)Proposed resolution:Starlighting Projects goal is to provide a refund of the customer's 50% down-payment in the form of a check issued from the business to the customer (see attached check copy dated 12/1/17)One issue is that the customer has stated that he wants the 50% refund to be placed on his original credit card. However because the the dispute was settled by the credit card companies, the dispute was closed and there is no mechanism available for the money to be refunded through that channel. To resolve the complaint and satisfy it's complete financial obligation in this complaint, Starlighting Projects has issued a refund check from the business which will be mailed with delivery confirmation on December 4, 2017 (see attached copy). This matter is now closed and no further action will be taken.Sincerely,Matthew [redacted] - OwnerStarlighting Projects, LLC
