We don’t want bus broken down, we check bus every time when we start using it. But it’s the 18 hours trip from Florida to New York, bus also would get sick. Even our human if work 18 hours without taking a break, we would feel illness. When the bus broken down that time, our manager called another bus company for helping. It took some time to drive from New York to South Carolina. The bus broken down in somewhere in South Carolina, even the driver stayed without food and drink. Because the bus broken down, how could we drive bus to food court, the bus couldn’t move. We are sorry for the inconvenience, our company can give $10 discount for those who took our bus at that time. The $10 discount can only be used in next time when you travel.
