Review: Our windows were installed by Starline and are still under warranty. Please take note that Starline Windows Inc. is currently inactive and have no employee in the United States due to lack of business!

We however use a company "Star Services" who will normally respond to our client service calls!

If she indeed called Star Services- the service warranty provider they would have communicated back to her.

If she called the Starline Windows number she will not get any reply from the service warranty company.

She must follow instruction with regards to windows warranty issues when she call the Starline Windows number. Please try calling this number ###-###-#### so that you will know I am trying to say.
