I received your letter/complaint in reference to the incident mentioned.  I found out of this incident only through a poor review on Facebook that was left.  I did respond to that post and apologized for any poor service, however I received no response back.  That was about a week...

ago.  I looked for the person’s name that made that post in our system and found that we did not have a matching name, thus I could not call the person in question.     As I mentioned in my reply on Facebook, I would think that anyone that felt like they received poor service in any establishment would first seek out a manager (by phone or in person).  I can tell you that we would not refuse a refund for an issues that was our fault.  The person that originally told him that he could buy the gun is new and did not realize that we are not authorized by the manufacture in question to sell across state lines.  Everyone makes mistakes.  If you look at our reviews on Facebook, you will find that we have over 1,000 Five Star ratings and our overall rating is 4.9.  This is because we pride ourselves on customer service.  For a person to get this angry over $80 worth of ammo defies logic.  He could have simply asked for a manager and his issue would have been resolved immediately.  I honestly don’t want to sell guns or ammo to anyone that looses their cool this quick. We will not break laws or rules for anyone regardless of how mad it makes them (that was the major complaint on Facebook), even if it is our mistake.  I rather make one person mad than lose our license/contract.     As for the refund on the ammo, I will gladly give a full refund and give the guy an extra $10 for gas if the gentleman has a receipt and the ammo has not been tampered with.  I do not offer this because I fear what the Revdex.com will do or because he is acting out (as I would not reward that type of behavior).  I do this because it is what we would offer to anyone that we somehow messed up with.     Thanks for your time and please feel free to call if you have any questions.
