Patient has been coming here for several yearsShe seems to have a concern about her recordsThis is same business with only two people here, some times we have to call the patient back if we are busy at the time they callThe patient ordered contacts lens that we colored They some time take long to getShe call and told her that we could get her another type quicker ,but she still wanted to stay with the color she had ordered.At that time she was told ok , we told her that the next time she ordered that brand and type of contact had went up in cost but since we didn't know we would let her have them at the price she paid She came in the same day 02/25/I am the owner and wasn't in the office so [redacted] gave her the refund on her credit card, this is how she paidShe called on 02/26/to ask why her money was not in her bank, I told her I would have to call our card proccessor to see how long it would take for her bank to receive the refundthe replied that they has already released the funds to her bank this morning 02/26/I call her back and left her a message that the funds were released and that she needed to call her bankWe gave her a copy of her prescription it was not expired when she ordered contacts but did during the timeShe wanted to ordered from a mail order supply company ,so when they verified her rx we okayed it [redacted] owner [redacted] fax
