Review: I stay at this hotel more then once. The last two times there were bed and lice I told managerment once. I call back a managerment hung up phone in my face. The first time they told me they would take of the problem. Clearly they did not I had to go to the doctor to get medication for this problem.Desired Settlement: To get my money for the two nights. Although I will never stay there again the problem should be fix.
