I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The only call I received from
Starnes Construction was to tell me that they would have someone call and check up on the problem I have not received another call or anyone coming by I did call several times after the job was done about the screen, after making comment about it to Billy who installed the windows and said I would get a replacement which I have not receivedalso, until March when I was washing the Windows, I did not realize the caulk was peeling, and it was then that I discovered the gap under the window, causing concern that water would blow in and cause problems Starnes Construction did come recommended to us, and wanting the replacement screen and to have the gap checked did not seem unreasonable to me

Have spoke with *** Screen is on order Told them we would be back to take care of things when we had a screen and a man to check out the trouble
