In my last email to him I asked for him to contact me to discuss which tree and if it was his property.? I never received an e-mail back or a phone call.? He has asked for us to respond in writing, at that time I did not call him? do to him requesting in writing.? I have spoken? to Mr*** which was contracted by us to remove his trees? originally.? Mr*** will be going out to the residence on11/13/2015? to look at the tree and will then returning on? Sunday 11/15/2015? to remove the tree.?
