My husband and I purchased the time chare in March of and what a joke! Extremely pressured and their salesman lied *** *** even gave his cell phone humber to us to reassure us, but he has NEVER returned a call We were told we could exchange points for hotel rooms plus that our points would automatically roll over to the following year I can say enough negative things about GEOHOLIDAY Plus we never got our ticketsw to the Circ De Soleil NOw I am been trying to schedule a vacation and you cant get to the RCI website I was told to call them each time I might also add that the waiting time is usally minutes atleast I got so frustrated that I want to sell my timeshare to be done with the organization I would not recommend them to anyone I was told someone would contact me in hoursthey did but they told me they had to get b ack to me to put together more details Which they never ever did Another lie!!! They should NOT have a A+ rating They deserve more like a D+ at the best

Choosing Starpoint Resort Group has worked very well for me and my familyWe travel times per year and can't afford to go out of the country, with children and Mother inlaw in towHaving a condo in choice areas has worked greatWe all have our space and don't have to do the restaurant scene times a dayThe best part is the locations are great!! *** at *** is the bestCan leave my Mother inlaw by her slot machine she loves to play and the children are old enough that they can do there own thingWe also went to Big Bear lake and the resort was first classGreat job Starpoint

I am a customer of sapphire resorts and this company is a complete ripoff and scamI was lied to from the very beginning about the benefits and then when they failed to get my maintenance bill to me they charged me double for late feesFrom the first time I tried to utilize my benefits to get lodging I was redirected multiple times and finally told that they needed months to set up my accountWhen they failed to get my maintenance bill to me I called to ask what the problem was I was cordial throughout the conversation and the lady I talked to hung up on meI have received nothing from this company but annual bills and I would advise anyone who wants a timeshare to go to someone else

I went to the *** *** for the presentation on 9/9/ It started ok with the presentation and room walk through After the initial sales person discussed the figures, I was not interested Thats when things got UGLY The next salesman was extremely offensive AND DEROGATORY I would NEVER suggest anyone go to this presentation AND the so called gifts are a joke You have to pay for the possibility of using them on the date you want As the saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true it usually isn't STAY AWAY!!!

This place is a huge scam. Two years od payments and still can't get them to get me anywhere but to the jockey club for a upgrade to my services. At a cost of course. All the promised add ons ended up being not free trips as promised. Not even cheap. Tried to pay for one of them and got the run around so bad, I gave up. Super frustrated after two years and more investigation. feel like I have been had. 204 complaints. 88% negative comment rating. I learned to do my homework on everything after this. My consumer bill of rights states I am to be informed truthfully in a purchase. That was not the case at all. Tried to get a buyback with them. They laughed at me. Company has now changed name. This was to dodge the negativity surrounding them.

I went on the 31st because I won some radio contest for free show tickets and airline tickets but I had to attend the presentation first. The guy who was selling us the timeshare was nice but we said no at the end so the manager came out and she brought a different deal then we said no and they brought the last sales guy who kept saying " the initial seller is a new guy so why not make him and yourself happy and buy a timeshare 1 week (original sale was 20K for a timeshare and reduced to 5k after saying no so many times) and I took offense to that because the new guy wasn't going to pay the timeshare it was going to be me so I didn't care about giving him a sale.

So we ended up saying yes but I didn't feel too good about it then I realized I had to pay a $246 HOA fee for 45YEARS!! And I didn't want it anymore I was in charge of selling it so on the 2nd I went back and returned it. The guy tried selling us a different package but I said no.

THE MORE YOU SAY NO THE MORE RUDE THEY BECOME. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY AND DONT EVEN GO BECAUSE THE FREE STUFF THEY OFFER IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IM SO HAPPY I RETURNED (you only have 5 days to return it then you're stuck for 45 years! )

by the way the 8 free show tickets weren't to one show it was random "must buy a drink" to see a show. no big vegas show but more like side shows. their service is horrible and I don't understand why Revdex.com gives them A+ because that is one of the selling tactics of GeoHoliday to show their rating at their presentations!! Do yourself a favor and read yelp reviews.

We showed up for a timeshare presentation, after the initial video and quick tour of the hotel rooms they took us back to a table. Another agent came over. He was loud and kept taking his phone out and looking at it (and no he wasn't using his calculator). His penmanship was laughable, he didn't even take the time to write legibly so that we could understand what figures he was putting across to us. When we decided it wasn't going to work with our budget we were told by the female agent that we "must have psychological problems and that something in our lives must be lacking if we needed to come to a timeshare presentation, that we needed to look within and figure out how to solve our issues." Even after being INSULTED we still had to endure 2 more agents HOUNDING us to join. We finally told them 3 HOURS later to let us leave and not to hound us anymore. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Oh and the "free gift" yeah, after you pay over $700 out of pocket for "taxes and fees" SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Ever since I went to the presentation it has been a nightmare. After being bullied into buying something even the salesman said that we couldn't afford. He had to lie about our income to qualify us for the loan. They failed to send me a bill for the maintenance fees and charged us double in late fees. When I was nine months pregnant I lost both of my jobs and could not pay. I called them ahead of time and they refused to work with me. Now that I have gotten back on my feet I want to pay the remaining balance in full which is already $7,000 and they want to change me an additional $3,000 in fees and refuse to settle for the balance that is owed. Conveniently the manager was not in the office when I asked to speak to one. Stay away from this place. Find a travel agent to go through for vacations and pay cash. After all the fees and interest it comes out to be the same amount if you were to book a vacation yourself.

This company, which is now known as [redacted] Inc., is very dishonest from the sales people all the way to the membership services people on the phone. My husband and I purchased a time-share from them at the [redacted] in Las Vegas back in August 2012. We relied on the information given to us by the two sales people we talked to, and trusted them to be honest and ethical in their dealings with us. Not only did they misrepresent multiple aspects of what we were purchasing, they flat out lied many time. We also did not get a copy of all the documents we signed at the purchase, or the terms sheet for the loan (which I think is against the law!!!). Our purchase was based on these lies, and have since requested the membership be canceled. Haven't heard back from anyone at the company regarding our request.

Don't be fooled by them changing the name of the company, seems like they only did that to trick people who visit their sales presentation and look on Google to see what kind of reviews they get.

On a side note, the company doesn't seem to report to the IRS the interest they get paid from the loans they have out. Because we just got our 1098 tax form from them and it says "0" for total interest paid, when we have paid over $2,300 in interest for 2014.
