I was sent 4 emails with an invoice for $400 plus interest from *** Starr from December 2018 to April 2019 at an address I never lived at in *** IN and the invoice didn’t provide any service date or explanation of the $400.
The invoice threatened lien for unpaid charges
I had hired Starr Associates to do A survey for my moms estate property at ***
That bill was paid.
*** Starr won’t respond as to status
Did she collect from Estate attorney and file claim ? I see a $400 fee with no explanation for it
I need Starr associates LLC to explain if they got paid by Estate $400 In September 2018 and what was the charge for ?
This is in response to ***’s complaint against Starr Associates received August 5th, 2020.
The original contract services for the Estate of *** were rendered and paid, which is not in question. Additional services were ordered out of scope by Mr.. The invoice referred to in the complaint specifically states the details of work performed. If this should be paid from the Estate of ***, he should contact the estate attorney. The invoice was emailed to Mr. and mailed to *** Road, the same address shown within the complaint narrative and as the “Customer Information” stated in the complaint letter from the Revdex.com.
