had submitted fraudulent paperwork concerning her employment.  Since her goal was to acquire the vehicle under fraudulent circumstances by submitting fraudulent pay stubs, this resulted in a breach of contract concerning the purchase of the vehicle. We sent [redacted] a letter dated May 6, 2017 informing her that since a breach in the contract had occurred, the vehicle must be returned and the purchase agreement had been terminated.  According to the purchase agreement, she was required to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was on the day of purchase.  The purchase agreement provides for deposits less any costs on any vehicle be refunded. [redacted] had already returned the vehicle on April 26, 2017.  However, the transmission was inoperable, the windshield was cracked, and the brake calibers were painted red.  Furthermore, the vehicle had been driven over 2,000 miles.  Since the vehicle was not returned in the same condition as it was on the day of purchase, she was only entitled to a partial refund in the amount of $1,134.  [redacted] cashed the check on May 19, 2017.A vehicle cannot be returned because repairs are needed or because a client perceives something is "wrong" with the vehicle.  A warranty would handle these scenarios.  [redacted] did purchase a warranty on the vehicle.  However, it was voided with the purchase agreement because of the breach in contract.We are more than happy to provide the illegal documentation that led to the breach in contract if you need it.  Just let us know.Regards,Frederic [redacted]
