Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not looking for free money they [redacted] age the inside of my carit rain inside the vehicle with water and a cardboard left it it [redacted] told me they have not work on they only took the part offas a mech iCal you would know what part you needshe told me it takes less then mins to switch the partI didn't wait on it because she said had to go get it...(not order it) she lied and said the car was ready friday, Saturday??? and mondaystill waitingI took the car to someone elseI want her to pay for the damage that not looking for free m ok neywhen I came to pick up the carit took them less then mins to screw the part back on Regards, [redacted]

Sirs,Sorry for the late response because I was out for spring breakI cannot make it anymore clear to Ms [redacted] we had take her car apart to do repairs when we find out we need an additional part she said no to extra price, which there was no problem I clearly understood herThas why when she came to pick up her car she had to wait a little while for the mechanic to arm it backWe did spend time on car where as any mechanics shop would have charted her for time spent on itI don't understand why she insists on wanting money from when she was not out of any monies with me? She never called me to discuss about her car? We do not compensate for inconveniences, such as babysitters, transpiration to work? Because everyone knows that have to make arrangements to have car repaired I don't understand why she insist I pay her Money? For What? I didnt charge her for our time we had care here or work we startedIt was her decision not to have additional work doneIt would be different if I had fixed it and not notified herI dont feel responsible for anything honestly I think she looking for free moneyWhy did she go strait to you without complaining to me first?Thank you [redacted] Starrs Muffler***-***-***Complaint [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to *** from the beginningI told her to let me know how much it would cost to fix the carShe gave me a price and told me the car would be ready FridayDue to the traffic after 4pmI called her Saturday and told her my son will pick up the carShe told me the part has not came in yet.(Friday she told me it was ready)Monday I called her to see if the car was readyShe told me I had to pay extra to get the part today or wait the next day and the part will be lessShe did not tell me that I had to pay extra money for the partThe amount she gave me Thursday when I drop the car off was different from the amount on the following MondaySo, I told her I was not going to pay that, because it was a different amountOne of the workers I spoke with ask her why did she give me two different totalsShe also told me that they have not work on the car yet because of they was waiting on a part to come inWhen I get there, I had to wait until they put the part back onShe never put the part on the car, because the guy had to order itI also have proof that the car was soak and wet insideThe workers also knew it rain inside because they had a cardboard on the sitI took it to another shop the next day and they fix the problemThey did not say that it was missing something inside that I had to pay extra money*** did not tell me what part that she had to orderI also ask her have they fix this problem before (gas canister) and she said yesBy any means, it there was any parts need she would be aware of it
Also, if she order any parts as a business, why would you throw away a receipt or box until you complete the work??? Business always before your add extra money to a car you should always let the owner know before you begin any extra work or money without informing the owner after you gave them a price

Ms*** *** brought her Nissan Maxima to replace canisterWe gave her price for parts & labor she agreedUnfortunately we had to order part which she knewWhile waiting on canister mechanic found another problemI called Ms*** to inform her about additional part and labor
but she said she could not afford it she would pick her car upAs she said she had to wait till we put it back togetherWe worked & diagnosed her car didn’t charge her centAlso not her fault, my mechanic opened her canister part, box was thrown away so I’m stuck with her part not being able to return it to auto zoneAs far as gettin wet I can’t say, although if it rained Sunday night it should have time to dry all day Monday so when she picked it up it shouldn’t be wetI think if she got in it and was wet she should have come back inside to tell meThis is the first I hear about any of this situationIf anyone lost I did but I didn’t charge her penny

I didn't wait on it because she said had to go get it...(not order it) she lied and said the car was ready friday, Saturday??? and monday... still waiting... I took the car to someone else....
