The customer purchased a gift card during our BLACK FRIDAY sale 11/25/Promo attachedDisputing the sale with her bank will not hold up with us having a signed copy of her receipt of purchaseGift cards are non refundableAttached is a copy of our gift cards.We are not withholding her from using her gift cardWe have new lash technicians and/or she may use it for any other service we provideBut, again like all companies, gift cards are non-refundable

To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] received her LASH FULL SET From her Groupon purchase at STARR on 11/At the time of service she upgraded to a Volume Full Set instead of the original individual set which she purchased from groupon [redacted] paid this additional cost with tax totaling $at time of service (receipt attached)We told her for the inconvenience of her waiting during her first original appointment htat we would extend a free fill to her because of the technicians emergencySince the Client, [redacted] , did in fact received her actually service we have no obligation at this time to refund her money and nor does grouponSince the technician is no longer with us, we would in fact have still honor the free fill once we could have found a replacementShe is also stating that our groupon is still activeThis is also untrueOur groupon was placed on pause the day the technician left.To view our groupon active services please go to: https://www.groupon.com/browse/columbus?lat=39.88145&lng=-83.09296&administrativ... will show no active lash services for STARR [redacted] has called our facility 3x and has hung up on us very angry each timeAt this point their is nothing more we can do for [redacted] but wait for a technician to be hired for lashes to give her a free serviceI will advise if the harassment continues we will have to dismiss her from our facilityOffering a free service to someone does not give them the right to be angry with staff members for something they can't controlWe would be happy to answer any other questions that pertain to this matterThank you

The gift certificates were purchased to be used with my stylist Abbey, it even states that on the purchase receipt, under the descriptionAbbey is no longer able to provide the serviceThere is no mention on the receipt, the gift card, or on the company's website that gift cards are not refundableI tried to get a refund on 12/4/when Starr Salon could not provide the lash serviceI should not be penalized because I gave the company ample time to respond to my refund requests over the holidaysIn addition, I was refunded for one gift card in the amount of $when I spoke with someone at Starr on 12/4/because they could not provide the service I wantedThe same applies to the other gift card purchases

Nowhere on the gift card, receipt, or company website does it state that gift cards are non-refundableIt does state it is non-transferable, which means ‘able to be transferred or made over to the possession of another person.’ When I tried to use the gift card on December 13th, the company was unable to provide the service I neededIt should have been refunded then along with the other gift card purchased previously in the amount of $It makes no sense that one was refunded and the others were not
