ATT SALES REP & MANAGER FAILED TO DISCLOSE ALL ADDT'L CHARGES WHEN SWITCHING TO "COMBINED BILLING" WITHIN MONTHS of switching to combined billing, our bill has increased to $1,due by Aug 8th!! This is extremely over our reg monthly charges of approx $230-270ish from the past yrs On 6/my husband & I called to LOWER OUR BILL The sales rep was very eager to switch us to"combined billing" & "save" money on future billsShe explained the promotion & savings passed on to usOur new TOTAL CHARGES for TV, High Speed Internet, and Unlimited Svc Cell Lines would equal $(+tax) monthly after bundling svcsShe also let us know that a $install fee would be THE ONLY OTHER CHARGE for the 1st monthsThe breakdown was quoted as a TOTAL of $for TV (Uverse Lat200/HD Channels) & High Speed Internet (mbps)The cells were a TOTAL of $200+tax w/ unlimited data/text/talkThe deal w/ the cells was that your 4th smartphone line would be freeThe $quoted for cells also INCLUDED the smartphone installment feesThis was supposed to be a savings of $50-$off our past monthly amounts due (Our monthly cost have ranged from $230-270ish the past yrs)She again confirmed all info w/ me & my husbandShe proceed to let us know that her manager, Diana would have to re-confirm all info w/ us on a recorded line Diana let us know that our conversation would be recorded for accuracyShe proceeded to again go over ALL QUOTED infoDiana & rep told us we would not see a change in our bill until after 2-bill cyclesDiana, reviewed/confirmed our new svc ord for combined billing, & we once again agreed on the price being $355+tax-nothing more! We have been with AT&T for approxyrs and have not had this type of extreme billing problems beforeWe are in disbelief of this malicious billing practice from such a large corporation like AT&T I have never had to go through something this drastic in ref to billing with AT&T I cannot comprehend how AT&T is able to get away with over charging so much and just pass you off through different departments without anyone wanting or being able to resolve your issue I am pretty much defeated and have no other way to take action but through the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com I have exhausted every communication mode possible directly with ATT; I have spent countless hours (at least six)Yes! hours, between phone calls and personally with my husband at an ATT store trying to seek direct resolution for our outrageous combined billing charges! Till today not one rep or manager has been able to help us resolve our combined billing nightmare and stress derived from the day we switched to combined billing

Very bad management and sales reps at W Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, PAI was considering switching to at&t and went to the above storeThe sales person went over the current offer details and based on that I signed up with them (offer value over $400)The next day I discovered that I am not eligible for the offer they promised meI went to the store to cancel the service due to advertisingThe sales rep and the manager acknowledged the fact that they "misinformed" me but charged me a $restocking fee for a mistake they have madeThat with all the disregard to the inconvenience and the time loss that they have caused due to their callousness towards their customers

I had my iPhone with AT&T mobility for five years when I missed a payment and they turned off my phoneIt was months later before I could afford to turn it on againIt is then that I find they have been charging me as if it was on the whole timeI now have a $unpaid debt on my credit because AT&T mobility robbed me of my iPhone, phone number I've had for over years & evil, sneaky way of stealing for common cell phone service I hope more people come forward & make it public what a rotten business AT&T practicesClass action suit?

My main complaint is that my daughter had broken her phone, we have the insurance [redacted] After paying the 100$ deductible they sent us another phone that did not workAfter many calls and complaints, We still do not have a working phone on my daughter lineThey want us to file another claim and pay another 100$ for another phone

RE: AT&T Store in Porterville, Ca reasons why I was not greeted at all or even considered....I'm white, and I was wearing a Desert Storm/Iraqi Freedom Veteran ballcapVisalia and Tulare stores are the same way so I finally gave up on at&t completely! Came all the way from Visalia to Porterville's store for nothing! They lost a damn good customer with impeccable credit!

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal withI deal with customer service as a job and have never been so frustrated with a company and how it operates and treats their customersSo many issues, no help whatsoever, and talk about inconvenience or any care how the customers are treated, only that they want all your moneyAbsolutely horribleI should have listened to so many people when they had told me not to go with you guys for my services

AT&T is the most disjointed company I have ever dealt withI was an AT&T Internet/phone and UVerse customer for many years and I never liked the poor customer service, the increase in charges by a couple of dollars every 2-months, etcHowever, the cherry on the cake was added when I moved from Chicago to California and discontinued my service at the end of August I have called AT&T times prior to the termination date: once to enter the discontinue request, once to give them my new address to send the bill and one more time to change the new address to a different one I eventually ended up withThis happened before the service was discontinuedI also returned the equipment to the UPS store, as instructed, providing the order number During the move itself, I lost track that I actually never received a final bill from AT&TMy bad, but understandable (I think) since I have moved across the country and it is overwhelming Fast forward to December, I get a call from a collection agency (somewhere from India) stating that I owe AT&T $and I never paid my bill and I haven't returned the equipment Upon verifying the address they had on file, it turns out the new address they had was incorrect I called AT&T and I heard the same storyHere are my issues with this: #- Although I made sure to call AT&T to provide my new address, they have updated incorrectlyTherefore, the bills sent never reached me #- AT&T never bothered to call me - although they had the correct phone number on file #- AT&T never posted the equipment as received #- Instead of doing some minimal legwork to locate the equipment or call me, they have put me in collections, although, I was a good customer for so many years and I paid my bills on time I called AT&T (since I wasn't going to pay the bill without checking into this) and I was told the same storyThey did verify that my address was incorrectI was told I have to prove that I have returned the equipment by getting the reference number from the UPS storeI called the UPS store and I was told they don't store it and I have to get it from the receipt they gave me Needless to say, I looked for the receipt and I couldn't find it I called AT&T today again, months after terminating the service and returning the equipment and the agent told me that I now only owe $because the equipment was returned and its receipt was posted on 12/28/16! Only months later! I am happy I now only owe the money that I truly own for the remainder of the service in August but the whole thing is just a bad customer experienceI have paid the rest of the money over the phone just now This experience reinforces my opinion about AT&T and I will definitely never be their customer ever againI hope I don't have to be as they are expanding their monopoly and buying other competitor companiesI am happy I have chosen their competitor as a provider in California, although, AT&T has service in the area and they have offered to transfer my services Thanks for your attention on this rating Sincerely, Unhappy former customer

I have the galaxy Sand its been overheatingIt gets so hot that I can't touch itI have chatted with someone online twice now and both have told me to go into a store and trade out the phoneToday...I had the customer service rep set an appointment for me at a local storeI got to the store and there was no appointment set up and the customer service rep did not leave any notes about what was said to meI was told that I could trade the phone in at no cost for a new one at equal retail valueThe store told me that was not able to be doneI called customer service and talked to them about it and was given a manger with an ego that was too high for being a mangerI asked for someone higher than a customer service rep to call meI believe what was told about trading my phone in at a local store should be honoredI have a child and he has burnt his hands touching my phone because it gets so hotI was told that I could trade the phone in under warranty for the same phone but this is my second on having the same issuesI don't want this phone againI am considering canceling service with AT&T

Un-Tranined or Dishonest Sales PeopleEither way its bad for customerOnly worried about there own commission and for that if they have to lie to sell something, they wouldAssistant Manager and Managers are no help either

I was misinformed and mislead with information about my new contract and service that would be provided in order to persuade me to switch from VerizonI was provided no details I writing, hard copy or electronic, to review for my own benefit to determine the details of my new serviceThis company takes zero responsibility for the actions of their employees as I was simply told that yes I was lied too and their is nothing that they could do in order to change the outcome

This business is scamming people I went in for a BOGO offer and Jeremy waited on us He told us we qualified and processed the information He told me how everything would work and how much my bill would be He said I would receive a credit for 2nd phone in months, that I initially had to pay for it for months, Then it would be off of the bill This was all a lie, he upgraded the phones and I was billed for both I went into the At&t store in New Iberia and they scammed me I will never trust them again I am stuck taking an unsatisfactory offer from them as they refuse to make it right

My AT&T review absolute horrible experience My name is [redacted] on Jan 2, at 7:00PM - -940PM I spent it on the phone with the AT&T loyalty departmentI called and was transferred to them in hopes of clearing up my bill, however instead of great customer service I was treated poorly with lack of professionalism and integrity from at&t In the past few months I have received the worst customer service from at&t 1) my bill has never been transparent I was told with my plan that it would not be over it averages 300+ a month which is outrageousMonths of November & December is was 400+ 2) I have been given the run a round no clear communication in plans 3) I have been yelled at and screamed by Kelly P [redacted] id# [redacted] 4) The Loyalty department told me to switch my plan by getting direct TV and to lie about it by giving informationI said to Chris you want me to lie he said no be "imaginative" He told me if I do this he would give me a 171$ credit to my billI was completely appalled he wanted be to lie and then basically bribed me to do thisI said to him are you serious and he laughed He kept me on the phone for over 1/hours I was hoping he would help meThat never happenedThen I finally asked to be transferred --- 4) Nathaniel ID# [redacted] is the manager in the loyalty department which to me is an oxy mn of a title because he didn't care that I am leaving at&t he said okIf my almost 18-20k dollars In years I have spent into your company doesn't matter than I will take my money elsewhere along with making sure I tell my large social media following not to "like " at&t The poor customer service, professionalism, lack of understanding or trouble shootingThe employees lack of proper training and understanding on the plans is embarrassingI no longer want to spend my money with this companyShame on at&t for treating a valuable customer this way Most of my own career was in Customer Relations and Human Resources and I have never in my life had I experienced such horrible customer service that it has made me this upsetAt this point of the situation it's about how I was disrespected and not treated as loyal customer There was one person in all of this that was kind and very professional and her name is Tiffany C [redacted] ID# [redacted] , she tried is assist me and did her best before transferring me to the loyalty I have been an AT&T customer for years which I have spent almost 20,000$ On my cell phone with them AT&T didn't care and they don't care for losing me as a customerI am appalled at how I was treated and actually told to lie I hope this review will shed light on this type of company and beware of AT&T unprofessional in

AT&T overcharged me to pay a $bill just for a monthI have been with them for more than years but this will be my last time with this companyI advice people to not go to AT&T they liar to you, they cheat and steal customers people please go to other Cartier not AT&T

Horrible company, service, and employees If this company were to shut down today, the world would be a better place for it

AT&T is the worst company customer service I have ever worked with I was a loyal customer for years and when I combined my bill with [redacted] it all went down hill They cancelled my service when I paid my bill and they cancelled my service after I was suppose to be refunded $from the insurance claim that I cancelled I dealt with them for months on that issue Now I left and still have my direct TV service but they can't seem to apply the correct amount of money to my bill Each time I call [redacted] I get ATT and they give me the same script that they will reinstate my service and next time call [redacted] which I did initially

I was offered a $gift card numerous times through email and by mail I called the number off my email and somehow I don't get a gift card now because the people working my order didn't put it in I asked numerous times if I would get this card on the call and was told yes through the mail Now after talking to numerous people no one can still help me out, when the offer was clearly available and talked about when switching Mind you I switched from my cable company I have been with for over years and this is the respect I get I have been with this company for cell phone service for years or more It's advertisement and faulty on their end I am currently waiting on the recorded call at sign up before I file a complaint
