I dealt with a cocky, rude kid named *** ***After finally completing the repair two weeks laterHe started calling me demanding paymentI reminded him that he agreed to wait until I returned homeHe started demanding payment or he was going to put a mechanics lien on the car and sell it as well as start charging $a day storageHe would not take a check or credit card and demanded cash onlyI had a friend extricate the car from him with cash in hand and drive it to the dealer for proper repairs and programing
The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and caused unnecessary aggravationI would not recommend this company to anyone
My wife was stranded with a broken fuel pump on a weekend Starr's Auto Repair and Towing worked with me very well to get her vehicle towed on the weekend took her to a hotel and then on Monday diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuel pump, went to her hotel picked her up and had her back on the road by noon Monday Thank you Richie and Trevor (I think I got the names correct) and the whole shop for taking care of her while I was several states away in Illinois talking to you
