I filed a complaint on 1/17/17 ID [redacted] I received an e-mail this case was closed without explanation. 1/17/17 Chuck 2 drivers to pick up my Godson's car he left at my house. The 2 drivers dug up, destroyed, ripped, mutilated my yard trying to drive the vehicle out.. My yard received extensive damage by Chris & TY .  Revdex.comGreater Cleveland2800 Euclid Ave, 4th FloorCleveland, OH 44115 February 13, 2017 Re:  ** [redacted]             [redacted] – Closed before I could respond To Whom It May Concern: I was just able to pull up Chuck S[redacted] reply to my original complaint.When my Grandson left the vehicle here he was and had just made payments.The car was in the yard behind our fence because.   We have a single driveway with twoVehicles of our own and no one was driving the grandson’s vehicle so it was parked out of the way.  If I wanted to conceal the vehicle they would have never got to it.  The vehicle is junk in need of too many repairs.  When I inquired about purchasing it was for another grandson whom was paying for it himself.  That junk wasn’t worth $2500.00.If dumb and dumber had wrenched the vehicle instead of rocking, pushing, gunning and spinning tires on this car my yard would not be damaged. When the grandson told them to pick up the car it didn’t include destroying my yard.If the junk mobile had been drivable it would have been parked on the street for pick up by Chucky whacky crew.   When this man came to the phone he was screaming if you sue me I am going to sue you.  His guys never told him how they destroyed my yard  being incompetent and lacking knowledge. His guys were not honest when they called him.  I had not used the word sue.  I said I wanted him to pay for the damages.  However, if he wants to be sued we can go that way. [redacted] Via: Facsimile and USPS  and e-mail[redacted]

[redacted] This letter is in response to complaint #[redacted]. I regret that Mrs. M[redacted] is not happy with the condition of her lawn. Both Mrs. M[redacted] and her godson were aware we were coming to pick up the vehicle. It was at her godson's request that we do so. If they were worried about the lawn why was the vehicle parked in the backyard on the grass behind a fence? They have a driveway_ I have not been provided any pictures of the damage. Any time any of my employees have spoken with Mrs. M[redacted] prior to us picking up the vehicle and after, she has always been confrontational and disrespectful. I believe she is angry because we would not allow her to put the vehicle in her name and assume the loan on her godson's car. I do not feel I owe Mrs. M[redacted] $500.00 to repair her lawn.
