On August 1, 2020 I decided to attend a birthday party at Stars and Strikes around 6:00p.m. During my visit while the kids played I and three of my cousins decided to visit the bar for a cocktail. We waited standing up about 20 minutes before we nicely asked one of the bartenders to clean the counter off that was filled with napkins, food, and glasses. Once cleaned off we decided to sit and chat for a few. Noticing almost 30 minutes has passed we asked if we could get serviced where we was greeted with attitude from the beginning. We ordered 3 cocktails and about 20 minutes later they were fixed (so about a hour has passed just to get these drinks). Once we got them we realized we didnt have straws and tried flagging 1/4 staff members down just to be told one second every time. The cup of straws were located in the walk way of the bar so my cousin decided to get up to grab 3 of them. *** came around the bar and said 'dont come back behind my bar and if you do you will see what happen? I then said 'whats going to happen because we only needed straws? she proceeded to say 'try me play with it? which started a argument. Another staff member came over and said 'yall dont have any patience? I politely asked for her name as she took her name tag off stating she doesnt have to tell me her name. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated '*** please nothing is going to happen i'll be here tomorrow'. I finally got a security guard to grab the REGIONAL MANAGER who rudely told us we had to leave and that he will speak to his staff. He told me he is over several centers and he doesn't have to give me anybody information to file a complaint. Another guest at the bar came up to the security guard stating they heard the women calling us a *** and that she was rude to us the entire time. Trying not to let the situation effect the reason why we were there these two ladies kept walking pass us literally harassing us. Stating nothing is going to happen. These individuals need to be fired.

Contact by the Business I would love to be contacted by someone higher than these individuals at the Summerville location. No one there except for the security guards had proper customer service. I am a veteran and a native of Charleston, SC and i have never experienced anything like this. I am disgusted and also would like to be refunded for all the money we spent on August 1, 2020. It was completely embarrassing to have her follow us out screaming we didnt pay her for the drinks that we did not drink.
I was the Manager that is referred to regarding the complaint. As the complaint states there was a disagreement regarding the guest going behind the bar. I apologized to the complainant about the time it took and told her that I would be dealing with the specifics of the conversations that are alleged to have happened. I did issue a warning to both persons involved in the situation and it is in their personnel file. As I was not a party to the conversation, I can not say what was said by either party and typically there are always differences in "sides" of the story. That language/name calling is not allowed in our center either by guests or team members.
In response to the complainants request to be refunded for everything spent we are not able to do that. I can however offer to send a Family Fun pack to the guest as an offer to come back and have a more enjoyable time.
